Design Process
The Design Process begins with a site visit to your home. At the "Free Design Consultation" a plot plan showing all the easements, building lines will be needed so we can create your Austintatious Pool to conform to any regulations and restrictions.
The Second visit usually takes place in our "Design Studio" - 12014 N. Lamar Blvd. We invite our potential clients to tour our "working service and renovation company" to get to know us and our greatest resource - Our employees.
During the presentation appointment- choices of Tile, Coping and Deck Materials are here to see and feel. As thanks for taking the time to "get to know" Austintatious Pools I will personally present a gift certificate to increase our Standard "3-month Free Cleaning & Chemicals" to a full "1- Year Free Cleaning & Chemicals" (a $1500.00 upgrade)
Any final adjustments to the design can be made and our project only awaits your signature and a $500.00 deposit. After the contract signing permits will be pulled and documents for any Homeowner Associations will be prepared by our staff, so you can start to relax and enjoy the creation of your new Austinatious Swimming Pool.
